KSA Integration Named to Inc.’s 2026 Best Workplaces List

Stafford, VA | June 2, 2026  –  KSA Integration is proud to announce it has again been named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces list in the medium-sized business category. The list, which can be found at Inc.com, honors American companies that have built exceptional workplaces and vibrant cultures that support their teams and businesses, whether in-person, remote, or hybrid.

The award is the result of comprehensive measurement and evaluation of hundreds of applicants nationwide. The process involved a detailed employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace, covering critical elements such as management effectiveness, perks, professional development, and overall company culture. Each company’s benefits were also audited to determine the overall score. KSA is honored to be included among the 507 companies recognized this year.

“This is the 6th year KSA has been named a Best Workplace, and I could not be prouder of the superb work our employees do every day for the company, our nation, and our clients,” says Bob Watt, Chief Operating Officer at KSA.

KSA Integration’s employee survey results underscored the company’s strong workplace culture and people-first values:

  • 100% of respondents agreed: “If I contribute to the organization’s success, I know I will be recognized.”
  • The top word used to describe KSA: Supportive
  • 90% of employees report being highly engaged

“This year’s Best Workplaces list goes beyond great company culture–it highlights companies making meaningful and sustained investment in their employees,” says Bonny Ghosh, editorial director at Inc. “Even in a labor market that favors employers, these companies understand that an intentional and authentic commitment to their teams drives stronger employee retention, engagement, and ultimately, a stronger business overall.”

KSA Integration Launches Redesigned Website

WASHINGTON, D.C. — KSA Integration, LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) supporting the defense enterprise for more than 15 years, today announced the launch of its fully redesigned website at www.ksaintegration.com. The new site is organized around a single mission: Empowering the Warrior — from active duty service through veteran care. The redesigned platform reflects the evolution of KSA’s two core portfolios — Warrior Readiness and Warrior Care — and the company’s commitment to delivering mission-critical support across the full life cycle of military service. With a team that is more than 90 percent veterans and military family members, KSA connects every capability back to the warfighter.

Warrior Readiness

KSA’s Warrior Readiness portfolio prepares warfighters to fight, adapt, and win in contested environments. Through strategic assessments, acquisition support, and data analytics and AI/ML integration, KSA sharpens decisions before contact and accelerates the fielding of capabilities warriors depend on — supporting organizations across the U.S. Marine Corps, Joint Force, Department of Homeland Security, and NATO.

Warrior Care

When warriors transition from active duty, KSA’s Warrior Care portfolio stands with them and their families through recovery, reintegration, and the long journey home. Services include 24/7/365 Wounded Warrior call center operations, behavioral health counseling, adaptive sports and reconditioning programs, and veteran retreat management — serving more than 30,000 warriors and their families.

KSA Integration Attends Modern Day Marine 2026

Washington, D.C. | May 07, 2026

KSA Integration was proud to participate in Modern Day Marine 2026 in Washington, D.C., where this year’s theme, “From American Shores: 250 Years of Fighting Forward,” highlighted both the legacy and future of the Marine Corps. From April 28-30, our team engaged deeply with Marine Corps leadership, industry partners, and the broader defense community to better understand the evolving operational and acquisition landscape.

This year’s event underscored a clear shift in how the Marine Corps is approaching modernization. Leaders emphasized speed, adaptability, and outcomes over traditional, process-heavy acquisition models. The formation of the new Portfolio Acquisition Executive, Marine Corps (PAE MC) signals a more integrated, mission-driven acquisition enterprise, one that aligns closely with KSA Integration’s strengths in mission engineering, data analytics, AI innovation, and strategic advisory support.

The event also highlighted the increasing urgency of countering emerging threats, particularly in the unmanned systems and air defense space. Senior leaders pointed to the rapid proliferation of low-cost, high-impact technologies and the need for integrated, scalable solutions. KSA’s ongoing work in strategic and tactical threat assessments and capability development positions us to support these evolving mission needs.

As the Marine Corps continues to evolve to meet future challenges, KSA Integration remains committed to delivering the insight, rigor, and innovation needed to bridge strategy and execution, supporting those who serve on the front lines.

2025 KSA Veterans Suicide Awareness Campaign

For over a decade, suicide has been among the leading causes of death for post-9/11 U.S. military veterans. An overwhelming percentage of 21st century veterans can immediately call to mind friends, loved ones, and comrades lost to suicide since the September 11th attacks. Most also know someone who has come perilously close to a successful attempt.

As we begin 2025, KSA Integration is announcing a two-part social media campaign to increase veterans suicide awareness and promote activities we hope will contribute to preventing these terrible losses. Recent research suggests one of the few consistent indicators in supporting mental health is the importance of community and connection. Checking in on the men and women you served with — especially those with whom you’ve lost touch — really can make a difference.

Every Thursday throughout 2025, KSA’s social media feed will issue a call for our followers to participate in “Buddy Check Thursdays”. We’re encouraging veteran supporters to check in on someone whom you know is struggling, feel might be at risk, or haven’t spoken with in many years. Our intention is to promote the value of connection within the veteran caregiving community with a weekly reminder to reach out to each other (and the longer you haven’t chatted, the better). We may never know how much a text, phone call, or simple demonstration of concern can make a difference.

Additionally, on “Spotlight Saturdays”, we intend to highlight veterans service organizations, relevant non-profits, public-private partnerships, and other significant groups leading the veteran’s suicide prevention fight. We plan to shine the spotlight on at least 50 organizations, groups, and advocates this year on our social media and hope you, our followers, will support their efforts in whatever way possible as we promote them.

Our 2025 awareness campaign is barely a drop in the bucket compared with the work so many have advanced to contribute to reducing the tragic rate of veteran suicide. This year, we’re proud to support a cause in keeping with KSA Integration’s core values and humbly ask you, our social media followers, to endorse, support, and advance these efforts.

KSA CEO Announces New Director of Business Development

To our Team and Friends,

KSA Integration is pleased to announce the appointment of George Nunez as our Director of Business Development.

A stalwart member of KSA’s team since 2021, George has delivered value in each of our three portfolios. In Warrior Care, George was instrumental in beginning KSA’s support to the Department of Veterans Affairs for reintegration and readjustment retreats for veterans and spouses. In Business Process Improvement, George researched and wrote for studies supporting Marine Corps Training & Education Command and Marine Corps Systems Command. In Data Analytics, George updated technical documents for the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory supporting the Marine Corps transition of an AI-enabled C5ISR system prototype to a Program of Record. George has also collaborated on and led proposal responses that have sustained our current client delivery, diversified our client base, and reflected KSA’s core values.

As KSA’s new Director of Business Development, George has a strong background in Marine Corps and Joint affairs. As an infantry officer, he served in eight battalions in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Marine Divisions, completing combat deployments and overseas tours based out of Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and Okinawa, Japan. His Marine Corps career concluded in Washington, DC after assignments as a foreign area officer and a strategic planner in Headquarters Marine Corps and joint tours as a politico-military affairs officer on the Joint Staff and at the National Defense University. George holds graduate degrees in management, international relations, and defense studies, and is fluent in Spanish. George and his wife Martie have three adult children and live in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

An Open Letter to KSA Staff, Partners, and Friends

To our Team and Friends,

For almost 15 years, KSA Integration has been providing service, integrity, and value to our customers. Our dedicated professionals are more than deserving of the accolades we annually receive, including Inc. magazine’s national Best Workplace, Best for Vets, Hire Vets Platinum award, and regular compliments on excellent work. Our company is healthy, growing, and well postured to progress. Our future is bright.

We understand the impact each KSA team member brings to our customers and to the company. Our intent as owners is to sustain and grow KSA for the long-term.  As part of our ongoing commitment to ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of KSA Integration it is crucial to have a comprehensive succession plan in place.

Considering the inevitability of changes in leadership and the future growth of our company, we must proactively plan for the transition of key roles and responsibilities. A well-thought-out succession plan will not only ensure a smooth transfer of leadership but also maintain continuity in operations and uphold our company’s values and vision. For the long-term success of the company, Keith intends to evolve into a supporting role rather than as the day-to-day CEO.  And Bryan needs to be, and be seen, as the current day-to-day and future leadership of KSA, the CEO.

Effective this month, Keith will step down from the CEO title, remaining active in KSA indefinitely as Founder and majority owner.  Bryan will move into the Chief Executive Officer position, with Bob Watt replacing Bryan as Chief Operating Officer. In the near future, KSA will announce a new Director of Business Development.

As KSA’s new CEO, Bryan has a strong background in organizational leadership and strategic analysis, delivering positive outcomes in complex organizational environments. In 2015, Keith and Bryan partnered to grow KSA Integration from a sole proprietorship to a thriving small business. Most recently, as the Chief Operating Officer, Bryan had oversight of company operations and drove KSA’s operational activities in alignment with strategic goals. Prior to KSA, Bryan led analytical studies for the Homeland Security Studies and Analysis Institute, the Department of Homeland Security’s federally funded research and development center. Bryan’s experience in leading high-impact projects, developing internal business processes, and driving successful business proposals have been instrumental in advancing operational efficiency.

As KSA’s new COO, Bob brings over 20 years of proven leadership and business development expertise, having steering complex projects and driven strategic growth across government and industry sectors. As KSA’s Director of Business Development, Bob developed, managed, and executed a 5-year business pipeline encompassing government and industry markets. Prior to joining KSA, Bob directed the Navy & Marine Corps Expeditionary business segment at Booz Allen Hamilton. A retired US Air Force officer, Bob oversaw programs ranging from small-scale initiatives to multi-billion-dollar procurement efforts while on active duty. He specialized in command-and-control systems, aircraft procurement, and air and missile defense systems, playing a pivotal role in developing new analysis and decision support tools that enhanced defense capabilities.

As we grow capabilities, our vision for KSA remains the same: to support our Veterans and deliver value to our customers. The company’s success has been because of our talented team, and we are tremendously grateful for the opportunity to further its growth alongside each of you.

Very respectfully,

Keith and Bryan

Team KSA Supports VA-sponsored Veteran Reintegration and Readjustment Retreat Program

Since September 2022, KSA has been supporting the Veteran Administration’s (VA) reintegration and readjustment retreat program. KSA, alongside our partner Magellan Federal, has planned and conducted 15 retreats, benefiting 199 veterans and their spouses. The VA has selected eligible veterans from across 35 states and territories for diverse cohorts, including all-female, all-male, couples, and transgender veterans.

These retreats are thoughtfully designed, considering the unique needs of each veteran and their preferences. Our partner Magellan Federal provides clinicians, also veterans or family members of veterans, who specialize in various counseling disciplines, such as Financial and Occupational Counseling, Stress Reduction and Management Strategies, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and many others. Team KSA’s inclusive approach strikes a balance between structured classroom time and outdoor recreational activities such as canoeing and axe throwing, ensuring memorable experiences in safe and open environments. This comprehensive support covers transportation, lodging, and meals in ADA-compliant venues. Veterans consistently emphasize the positive impact retreats have on their mental health challenges.

If you are a Veteran dealing with the difficulties of readjusting to life after your time in uniform, reach out to your local Vet Center and ask about future retreat opportunities
