Counseling Services
Leads day-to-day operations and stakeholder engagement for the Sergeant Merlin German Wounded Warrior Call Center in direct support of the Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Regiment. Drives operational performance, contract execution, and interagency coordination across a 24/7/365 mission ensuring Marines and their families receive timely support through recovery and transition.
Leads program delivery at the intersection of Marine Corps Warrior Care and VA Veteran Retreats. Technical POC for the Warrior Athlete Reconditioning Program, coordinating adaptive sports coaching for Recovering Service Members. Manages VA retreat planning across multiple VISNs — connecting warriors and families to recovery through hands-on reintegration initiatives.
Marine Corps veteran serving as Deputy PM for the Sgt. Merlin German Wounded Warrior Call Center. Oversees staffing, training, and quality assurance while coordinating with HQMC and senior leaders to deliver best-in-class support to WII Marines and their families through the Recovery Care Program.

Supporting the Marine Corps’ recovery through adaptive sports that foster health, rehabilitation, camaraderie, and mentorship. Our certified adaptive sports coaches deliver personalized reconditioning programs — helping warriors rebuild confidence and connection.
VETERAN REINTEGRATION RETREATS
Helping veterans transition successfully to civilian life through retreats that combine evidence-based psychotherapy with structured classes in reintegration, stress reduction, conflict resolution, financial counseling, and occupational guidance — building resilience, strengthening community connections, and empowering warriors to thrive beyond their service.
