MARINE CORPS LEADERSHIP TOURS THE CALL CENTER

KSA Integration had the privilege of welcoming General Eric M. Smith, the 39th Commandant of the United States Marine Corps; Lieutenant General Bill Bowers, Deputy Commandant for Manpower and Reserve Affairs; and Colonel Morina Foster, Commanding Officer of the Wounded Warrior Regiment, to our Sergeant Merlin German Wounded Warrior Call Center in Quantico, Virginia.

During their visit, Marine Corps leadership toured the facility and received a mission brief highlighting the critical work the Call Center performs every day in support of Marines and their families.

We are proud to stand behind this mission and remain committed to ensuring our nation’s service members receive the care, connection, and advocacy they deserve.

KEY CAPABILITIES

How we deliver on our commitment — with precision, compassion, and the warrior ethos.

NON-MEDICAL CASE MANAGEMENT

Mandated case management coordinating advocacy, resource identification, and referrals to care. We serve as a knowledgeable resource for Recovering Service Members and veterans, distributing vital information and connecting warriors to the support systems they need.

RESOURCE COORDINATION

Working collaboratively with government agencies including the Veterans Administration and the Department of Labor, we ensure that Recovering Service Members and veterans receive the services they need. Our relentless pursuit of resource access ensures warriors receive the benefits and entitlements they have earned.

FAMILY & CAREGIVER SUPPORT

Service impacts the entire family unit. We provide dedicated support for spouses, children, and caregivers — the unsung backbone of every warrior's recovery. Family readjustment programs address the strain of deployment, recovery, and transition while ensuring caregivers are never forgotten.

PERSONALIZED ADVOCACY

Every warrior's journey is unique. Our advocates provide one-on-one support tailored to each individual's needs, navigating complex systems on their behalf and ensuring they are never lost in bureaucracy. We stand with warriors from initial contact through recovery, return to duty, or transition.

PROACTIVE OUTREACH

We don't wait for warriors to call — we reach out. Through systematic, proactive contact, we ensure every Wounded, Ill, and Injured Marine and their family receives regular wellness checks, resource updates, and a personal connection to someone who understands the journey.

BEHAVIORAL READJUSTMENT

Social and behavioral readjustment services including occupational and financial guidance, wellness coaching, and licensed behavioral health support addressing MST, PTSD, TBI, and suicide prevention — meeting warriors and families where they are on the road to recovery.
