KSA Integration was founded by Lt. Gen. Keith Stalder, USMC (Retired). Building on 40 years of leadership in the Marine Corps and Department of Homeland Security, he brings deep understanding of the fundamental challenges facing government and private-sector organizations. He is a Senior Fellow at CNA, the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies, and the Center for a New American Security.
Bryan Altmire is the CEO and Co-Founder of KSA Integration. Since establishing the firm in 2015 alongside LtGen Keith Stalder (USMC, Ret.), Bryan has led the company’s evolution into a premier provider of Warrior Readiness and Warrior Care solutions. A graduate of James Madison University and Georgetown University, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Bob Watt serves as Chief Operating Officer, bringing a distinguished career spanning military service, federal consulting, and strategic business leadership. He provides executive oversight across KSA’s operations, driving performance, accountability, and long-term value for clients. He holds a Master’s in Management from Webster University and is DAWIA Level II certified in Program Management.
Entrepreneurial business leader with over 30 years of military and commercial experience in organizational engineering, strategy development, and human capital management. Successfully led turnaround and change initiatives, complex projects, and created innovative training programs. Certified PMP and US Naval Academy graduate.
Peter Judd joined KSA in March 2025 as the Portfolio Manager for Warrior Care. With over 20 years of experience in business development across military and civilian sectors, he is a results-driven professional with a strong track record in strategic partnerships, program management, and delivering mission-critical solutions.
As KSA’s Director of Business Development, George brings a strong background in Marine Corps and Joint affairs. He served in eight battalions across the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Marine Divisions, completing several combat deployments. His career includes assignments as a foreign area officer and strategic planner at Headquarters Marine Corps.
Grace Milam joined KSA in March 2020 as Director of Talent Acquisition and Management, later adding Director of Human Resources to her role. Her focus is sourcing and hiring committed professionals who uphold KSA’s values. She holds a BA in International Relations with international experience studying in London, England.
As Director of IT at KSA Integration, Ben Haas leads enterprise-wide technology operations and support. He guides cloud modernization, security compliance, and the company-wide Microsoft 365 Commercial-to-GCC migration supporting CMMC Level 2 compliance. Ben also supports onboarding, infrastructure alignment, and insider-threat mitigation initiatives.
Cindy Lee is the Director of Contracts at KSA Integration, leveraging over 15 years of operations, project management, and business analysis expertise. Since joining KSA in 2022, she has been instrumental in streamlining contract management, optimizing workflows, and implementing the tools teams need to succeed.
Svetlana Betlack has over 20 years of Accounting and Finance experience in defense contracting, construction, manufacturing, and non-profit organizations. She holds a Master’s in Physics, a Master’s in International Business Law, and an MBA in Accounting, with advanced skills in financial reporting, project accounting, and treasury management.
Ben Reese serves as the Deputy Director of Talent Acquisition, Facility Security Officer (FSO), and Industrial Technology Program Security Officer (ITPSO) at KSA Integration. He oversees enterprise security operations, talent acquisition processes, and compliance activities supporting classified government programs. He is a key driver of insider threat mitigation, CMMC compliance, and workforce readiness initiatives.
