KSA Integration Wins U.S. Marine Corps Substance Abuse Program Support Contract at Camp Lejeune

Award expands KSA’s Warrior Care mission aboard Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune — standing with Marines through readiness, recovery, and the return to duty.

 

Stafford, VA | August 28, 2026 — KSA Integration LLC (KSA), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) founded by Lieutenant General Keith J. Stalder, USMC (Ret.), has been awarded a U.S. Marine Corps contract to provide Substance Abuse Control Officer (SACO) Management Services for the II Marine Expeditionary Force Support Battalion (II MSB), Marine Corps Installations East, aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The award includes a base year and four option years, with performance beginning September 1, 2026. 

Under the contract, KSA will provide administrative, logistical, and technical support to the uniformed SACO in the execution of the Marine Corps Substance Abuse Program, helping ensure the program runs accurately, confidentially, and on time so that Marines have a clear path to recover, return to readiness, and come back a stronger version of themselves.

Expanding KSA’s Warrior Care Mission 

The award builds on KSA’s existing Warrior Care work supporting Marines, veterans, and their families across the continuum of readiness, recovery, and return to duty. KSA currently operates the U.S. Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Call Center and supports Wounded Warrior Battalion-East at Camp Lejeune, in addition to providing medical and non-medical case management, behavioral health, and veteran reintegration support across the Department of War and Department of Veterans Affairs. 

KSA views substance abuse program support as an integral part of Warrior Care, helping Marines address challenges, access appropriate resources, recover, and return to duty ready to serve. 

The win extends KSA’s position as a trusted provider of warrior care and readiness services to the Armed Forces. As the incumbent operator of the U.S. Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Call Center, KSA brings a CPARS-proven performance record, an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system, DCAA-approved accounting, and CMMC compliance, paired with the data-analytics and applied-AI capabilities KSA uses to turn program data into decision-ready insight. KSA Integration was proud to participate in Modern Day Marine 2026 in Washington, D.C., where this year’s theme, “From American Shores: 250 Years of Fighting Forward,” highlighted both the legacy and future of the Marine Corps. From April 28-30, our team engaged deeply with Marine Corps leadership, industry partners, and the broader defense community to better understand the evolving operational and acquisition landscape.

This year’s event underscored a clear shift in how the Marine Corps is approaching modernization. Leaders emphasized speed, adaptability, and outcomes over traditional, process-heavy acquisition models. The formation of the new Portfolio Acquisition Executive, Marine Corps (PAE MC) signals a more integrated, mission-driven acquisition enterprise, one that aligns closely with KSA Integration’s strengths in mission engineering, data analytics, AI innovation, and strategic advisory support.

The event also highlighted the increasing urgency of countering emerging threats, particularly in the unmanned systems and air defense space. Senior leaders pointed to the rapid proliferation of low-cost, high-impact technologies and the need for integrated, scalable solutions. KSA’s ongoing work in strategic and tactical threat assessments and capability development positions us to support these evolving mission needs.
