KSA is accomplished in a wide array of custom training solutions and educational approaches, however we will not simply offer a stock solution without understanding the unique needs of your organization.

1. Training and Education Planning- KSA embraces the uniqueness of every organization ensuring all the custom solutions are tailored to produce results. In doing so, we help organizations first understand the differences between education and training. KSA strongly believes that education furthers knowledge, while training is learning a skill.

We then help to guide organizations to what types of initiatives are needed to realize their goals.  We believe that understanding the “why” behind executing a skill is just as important as knowing the “how”.

2. Curriculum Development- Customized curriculum is the backbone to executing education and training activities.  At KSA, we do not offer stock training and education, but rely upon proven methods to create individualized approaches and courses.  

While each solution is customized to the individual organizations many of the KSA tailored education and training curriculum address topics such as: Leadership Development, Strategic and Operational Planning, Threat Assessments, Global Environments, Capability Development, Capacity Analysis, Organizational Assessments, Process Improvement, Defining Organizational Requirements, Value Proposition Analysis and Policy Development.

3. Leadership Offsites-  Often there are training and educational needs that are best focused at the leadership level of the organization.  Issues such as the development of innovative solutions, turn over in key staff positions, significant organizational changes, crisis management, capitalizing on success, and planning for the future need direct and specific attention from the leadership.

The ability to convene an offsite with an independent, third party perspective to help moderate, facilitate and elicit leadership discourse is critical. It truly allows for leadership to understand and reach consensus on key organizational initiatives and strategies, while leveraging recognized best practices.  Offsites are also a safe place for leaders to engage in mentoring with other colleagues and with the skilled KSA professionals.
