KSA Integration, LLC, in partnership with ThreeWire Systems, LLC, and TriWest Healthcare Alliance, recently won a two-year contract operating the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) Sergeant Merlin German Wounded Warrior and Marine for Life Network Call Center (WWCC).

As an integral part of the Wounded Warrior Regiment (WWR), the WWCC provides support services for Wounded, Ill and Injured Marines, Naval personnel supporting Marine Units and their family members, throughout all phases of the recovery process. Team KSA will be operating a toll-free contact and outreach resource 24/7/365 supporting over 30,000 active duty, retired and transitioning Marines with care coordination services, education, employment and counseling information. Call center operations are centralized in Quantico, VA, with 2 satellite centers located in Camp Lejeune, NC and Camp Pendleton, CA.  Additionally, the WWCC supports the Marine For Life Network (M4L) mission of connecting transitioning Marines and their family members to education resources, employment opportunities, and other Veterans services that aid in their career and life goals outside of military service.

Beth Dugan, KSA Integration’s Chief Operations Officer, explains the importance of this opportunity for KSA: “Our team is eager to begin helping Marines and family members receive the care and attention they deserve. The WWCC win is a pivotal growth opportunity for our company as it allows us to nearly double in size.”

Eric O’Harra, the WWCC Deputy Program Manager also expressed his excitement for this win: “Having had the opportunity to lead and support Marines for over 26 years and while serving at the WWR, I am exceptionally happy and proud to lead the WWCC team.”
